36 years old man with RTA brought to Casuality at 2 am, in shock with abdominal injury due to steering wheel impact. Preoperative EFAST, CT report - Heamoperitoneum. Emergency laparotomy - intraop findings - 1.5.-2 lt heamo, complete tear of Mesentery upto root of Mesentery, Gangrene of small bowel except proximal 50 cm jejunum, retroperitoneal heamatoma, Procedure -Resection of whole gangrenous bowel and jejuno - transverse colon anastomosis. patient recovered and discharge
